Refund policy
At ORVAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
Refund Process

- Share your order number and the reason for the refund request.
- Once your return is approved and the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
